- Godox softbox is designed to broadcast a strobe flash, giving you a better uniform illumination. It comes with a silver reflective interior and a front facing flush. It is necessary in any professional portrait studio. A light box is a speaker around a light bulb comprising reflective side and back walls and a diffusing material at the front of the light.
- A light box can be used with either flash or continuous light sources such as fluorescent lamps or "hot spots" such as quartz halogen bulbs or tungsten bulbs. If soft box of lights are used with the heat of the "hot" light sources, the user must be sure that the light box is rated for the consumption of light it is attached to in order to avoid any risk of fire.
