*Insta360 X4 can record videos at a high resolution (8K30fps) which requires more power and may cause the camera to warm up. This is normal and expected.

1. Install/remove the Thermo Grip Cover carefully to ensure the camera's lenses are not scratched or damaged.
2. Make sure the camera is dry before installing the Thermo Grip Cover. It is not designed for water sports.
3. Do not install/remove the Thermo Grip Cover while recording to avoid affecting the stitching of the final image.
4. The Thermo Grip Cover cannot be used with the following Insta360 accessories: Invisible Dive Case, Utility Frame, Water Sports Rope Mount and Cold Shoe.
